オリジナルレシピの津ぎょうざです。
豚肉と帆立、春雨をつかってあっさりとした味付けにしました
材料
- 津餃子の皮 １０枚分別レシピ参照
- 豚肉200ｇ
- キャベツ200ｇ
- にら30ｇ
- ベビーホタテ100ｇ
- 春雨乾燥30ｇ
- たまねぎ１００ｇ
- オイスターソース大さじ１
- 濃い口醤油大さじ１
- ごま油大さじ２
おろしようが少々
みりん少々
味の素少々
粗びきブラックペッパー
味塩コショウ小さじ１
作り方
刻んだ野菜をさきほどこねた肉にいれて、軽く混ぜ合わせます。あまりこねると野菜から水分がでてしまいます。
片側５枚ぐらいのヒダをつけて成型します。
揚げる前に、餃子全体にしっかりと打ち粉して揚げると、皮がカリっとします。
