ひと手間かけて
柔らかくシューシーなやまと豚バラ肉を使った
ヘルシーな野菜炒めを紹介します！
子供たちも大きな口を開けて良く噛んで食してます!(^^)!

材料

やまと豚バラブロック200ｇ
キャベツ４分の１個
玉葱２分の１個
ピーマン２個
中華スープ大匙4
醤油大さじ2
酒・オイスターソース各大さじ1
砂糖小さじ1
水溶き片栗粉・サラダ油適量
ティーパック１個

作り方

やまと豚バラブロックを
水とティーパックで１０分煮ます。
煮汁ごとさまします。

キャベツ・ピーマン・玉葱を
食べやすい大きさに切りサラダ油でさっと
炒めます。
煮豚を削ぎりして加えます。

調味料でさっと煮込み
水溶き片栗粉でからませます。

豚肉を紅茶煮することで
油分をcutかつジューシーで柔らかくなります。
野菜を大きめにcutすることで食感も楽しめ
調味料を水溶き片栗粉で絡ませる事で食材に
味がからんでより美味しくなります。
